Autopsy confirmed Drug reaction suspected as possible cause of Mohbad's death—Report
Mohbad, a Nigerian singer’s, post-mortem autopsy has suggested that he could have died due to drug reactions. The news of this eighteen minutes ago was shocking and had sent tremors down the spines of many thereby amplifying anew the feeble line between drugs and individual reactions.
Mohbad whose real names are Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba was an upcoming artist within Nigeria’s music industry. His exceptional style and excellent performances made him acquire a huge following very fast. He is one of the emerging voices in Afrobeats whose songs were popular among many people because of their vibrant beats and meaningful lyrics.
The first reports on Mohbad reaching his untimely end were greeted with disbelief and sadness too. Amongst his fans as well as fellow musicians, his sudden demise was received with shock. It should be noted that they did not know about what caused it therefore people started making assumptions based on nothing but mere guesses. However, some information regarding this unfortunate occurrence has been revealed by those results from undertakers.Adverse drug reaction (ADR) or more precisely drug reaction is when a person’s body reacts negatively to medication. These can vary from minor side effects to very severe and life-threatening conditions. Genetic factors, other health problems one might have, or even other drugs being taken concurrently could determine individual’s responses to treatment.
Autopsy Report Details
According to the preliminary autopsy findings, Mohbad may have died due to an adverse drug reaction. The specific medication involved and the exact nature of the reaction are yet to be revealed pending further inquiry. Nonetheless, it asserts that such reactions, though rare, can have catastrophic consequences.
Additionally, the autopsy report mentioned that there was no medical history of such severe allergies in Mohbad neither had he any chronic illness which could make him prone to it. This reveals how unpredictable adverse drug reactions can be and therefore makes it more tragic.
Mohbad’s death at a young age is a clear indication that prescriptions for medications should not be written indiscriminately without strict observance of medical care procedures involved in prescription writing and during use. Both patients themselves as well as doctors must realize how serious this may end up
For instance, on his recent post on Instagram, a popular Nigerian musician named Mohbad who was just 24 years old died. It was all very sudden and unexpected as he had been posting pictures and videos with his friends hours before this incident happened. Consequently, it is very important to pay special attention to such situations as it may save someone’s life.
The thing is that people are responsible for their own lives. For this reason, one should not ignore even the tiniest changes in health. Medicines have become an integral part of human life. Even though some drugs can be bought without prescriptions or taken from home medicine cabinets at any time when we need them, but carefulness is needed while using them. The instant reaction after the first dose of medication can be regarded as one sign among many others that medical vigilance should be observed.
Unfortunately, there are many cases when ordinary treatment has turned into a tragedy: people were able to survive only due to timely hospitalization. But what if nobody knows that it will happen? That’s why it is a duty of every pharmacist to inform patients about dangerous medications combinations. People must always remember that they shouldn’t put off visiting a doctor until tomorrow whether they feel bad or not so much.
Similar concerns have been voiced by Ibrahim PKA Zinoleesky Akindele aka Zinoleesky and Chimaobi Ebuka aka Notjustok Ekenechi both musicians from Nigeria who posted comments on Twitter alongside their photographs with Mohbad captioned ‘Rest in peace bro.’ Other artists also took to social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook where they expressed sympathy over what happened while mourning together with other fans across different countries.
However, things may change depending on who the person you are talking with is; because music stars must make sure that they are not apathetic and do not show their indifference. People who have pass away but left something behind are always loved by the nation because of what they offered to the people while being alive. Hence, when it comes to celebrities, we should always remember that nobody is perfect though they try hard to keep up appearances.
The voice of Naira Marley has been heard in reply to people’s condolences about Mohbad’s untimely death. According to him, he could say nothing but thanks for such a great friend as Mohbad was in his life and career. Actually, if someone wants to become a big star one day, then all you need is hard work and perseverance. Just take everything easy and continue working till you achieve your objective like Mohbad did.
It can be stated with certainty that there was no other person who influenced on the formation of Nigerian music trends as much as Olamide Baddo did. So much so that now most of us cannot imagine our lives without this man or his songs being aired on radio stations all over Nigeria every single day. Thus, when an event is organized by musicians for music lovers, it cannot be said that only those who like American or English tunes should attend its opening ceremony.
In response to these claims young artistes have taken upon themselves and started contemplating their own actions considering what happened to Mohbad recently; such soul-searching can be seen even from the comments of juniors like Omah Lay aka Stanley Omah Didia and Joeboy whose real name is Joseph Akinfenwa Donus made beneath Zinoleesky’s latest photo with Mohbad posted on Instagram. Moreover, their tracks find reflection among millions of Nigerians’ hearts since these lyrics often describe difficult situations in life or send out important messages regarding problems faced by society which must be solved.
This individual had some popular tracks including ‘Story,’ ‘See My Bounzer,’ ‘Owo,’ and ‘Kokanmi’ that were also created by him. These songs are very good because they have a bit of everything that can be found in the world of music including sad melodies like “See My Bounzer” or cheerful tunes as ‘Kokanmi’; therefore, it is impossible not to dance while listening to them.
Mohbad was also active on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram where he had lots of followers particularly among students who earlier posted his lyrics and pictures. A few hours ago, he uploaded a picture with an inscription ‘Japa’ meaning that Mohbad will never return again. And then, everyone completely stopped following him on Instagram as nobody likes such things at all.
